Returns

Under the applicable legal acts, the Client has a right to change their mind and return delivered (received) goods within 30 (thirty) days from the day of delivery. In such cases, the Client must contact our customer support at hey@octomoves.com within 14 days upon delivery.

If 30 days have passed by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange;

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the Client fails to meet the deadlines of our refund policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error;

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If a customer decides to return the product, the company does not cover the return shipping expenses; the customers may choose the shipping carrier on their own.

Once the package is returned and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and a refund will be authorized by the same method that the payment was made. Please be advised that the refund may take up to 14 business days to reach your bank account.

First, check your bank account again;

Then contact your bank/credit card company, the refund should reach your account balance within 14 days. Usually, it takes less than that for a bank to process the request, unfortunately, we can not speed up and influence the process;

Ordered for my Mom

I have 2 Flow Ropes (Hydra and Phoenix), One for home and one to carry with me. While visiting my mom in FL, she became very interested in what I was doing when I was working out with the rope. Since it is a low impact work out and a great way to get the full body moving, I thought it would be a good addition to her walking for fitness.
She is just starting out, and if she finds it as easy and enjoyable as I do, I hope it will help with her mobility and balance.
I love my ropes for the quality and craftsman ship, and they are a fun and easy way for me to work out doing something I really enjoy.

Which flow rope to buy?

The Phoenix & Black Swan are our heaviest ropes (weighing in at 500g), and they consist of a looser braid which creates a stronger tension throughout each movement.

We recommend these two ropes for athletes looking for a more challenging Flow workout – as they help develop better muscle control, and can aid in all forms of training – including active recovery days.

On the other hand, the Flowzilla & Funky Zen weighs a bit less (at 500g and 300g), and they both have a tighter braid which cuts the air smoother and faster.

We recommend these two ropes to seniors & kids, as they are also a bit more practical for the beginner. These two will help you get the hang of our flow ropes, have fun and still be able to experience the incredible benefits of flow training.

Is it important for a beginner to consider the color of the rope?

Any rope will work totally fine no matter you are a beginner or advanced user / you are sporty or just about to start exercising. You can start with any of the ropes because you will adapt to the stimuli you will get.

How to clean my flow rope?

This product is machine washable. Don't use harsh detergents. Hang or air dry only.

How long does it take to learn rope flow?

It will vary for each individual.

If you are a fast learner, you might be able to get a grasp, of all patterns, in an hour. Some people might need way more time than that, and this is good. It's not about the speed - it is about the opportunity to practice.

Don’t skip steps and use audible cues. In fact, the longer it takes you to learn, the more you are exercising your mind!

If you are totally new to fitness, we recommend starting with Foundations Course, where everything will be pre planned and by investing 10 minutes a day, you will do great after a 28-day course.

If you are a fitness pro, a coach, or like to learn on your own, included training modules will be enough and you will be able to build your personal practice. As well, don't rush, go deeper with each pattern and learn from each repetition. That's the way to mastery.

Can I use a simple rope I have at home?

Yes and no. Think of your rope as a car. Do you want to ride in a beat-down, unsafe, stinky and uncomfortable piece of junk or a Rolls-Royce? OctoRopes are the highest quality, heaviest and in every way the most superior of it's kind, hence, they feel the best.
