I was leery of spending so much money on "just a rope," but my purple Zen is worth every penny! At age 60, I have struggled with sciatica and some arthritis in my lower back, so I am taking things slowly to make sure my body can handle this...so far, so good! I did the basic moves with a regular rope for awhile, but the weight & texture of the Zen really does improve core strength and flexibility. Rope flowing is engaging in a unique way--requires concentration in a fun way that takes your mind off your worries. Love this new form of exercise & meditation...purple (my favorite color) makes it perfect! (Hope you will make the Flowzilla in a fun color, too.)
