Levelling up my fitness!

I just started working out with the OctoPower and MAN is it awesome!
I am a member of the app training programs and community and I'm following the workouts from OctoMoves.
Currently, I have my sandbag filled to a little over 80 lbs.
I have been doing mostly callisthenic exercise for about 2 years now and I felt that I needed to start Strength training, but traditional dumbbells and barbells didn't interest me. I just started doing the OctoPower circuit training and I feel like this is JUST what I wanted: functional, efficient training that will build my strength and power without expensive equipment or the recurring payments of gym memberships.
I plan on upping my weight soon, but feel this is a product I'll be able to use for a LONG time to come!

Kicking it up a notch

Very much like the change of pace this provides. adding a little weight to the mix. Been using just the flow rope for a couple of months now, the sling ramps it up in a big way. Portability is my favorite thing here, take anywhere, for anytime. Make sure and pull against the doorjamb!

Love It!

I bought the OctoForce + FlowRope to help loosen up my tight shoulder. I'd had an injury which caused limited my reach and range of motion considerably. I wanted to work on my shoulder but in a fun way. With only a few days of playing with the beginning lessons I got amazing results! I extended my range of motion, my reach by at least 40%. I have no doubt that as I continue to play with my flow rope, that I will be back to my full range of motion and arm extension.

Time to learn.

Wonderful product. I can definitely see where I’m stiff and can already see improvements to my spinal flexibility. More to learn, in a fun kind of way.

The next level in OctoTraining!

I love the rope - it’s changed the way I train which has changed the way I feel. Somehow combining flow rope with traditional weights just doesn’t work for me - the weights feel rigid and limited in the range of motion I’m used to training after getting into the flow. Enter Octopower - it’s got the weight to challenge muscle groups and the versatility and creativity that I’ve come to love about flowing. I started with 45 lbs which was plenty and found the training within the member app to be more than adequate to get me going. Having trained for a few weeks I’m ready to add more sand and take it to the next level. As an integrated part of my new routine I find the Octopower to be a remarkable companion and the build quality is exceptional. My hands are really getting stronger from gripping the bag which is an added bonus from this kind of training - love it!
