The course is easy to follow, only the intro could be shorter, to mutch of the same.
I love learning new movement patterns. At 55 I can use all the rotational mobility possible. My primary workout tools are Kettlebells, maces and clubs. I saw the Octomoves videos and was intrigued. I thought this would be a great active recovery tool and an interesting way to exercise my brain learning new things. It is both of those things and so much more. I have only had my Flowzilla for a week or so but am absolutely mesmerized with the movements and the meditative feeling of repeating the patterns. I have a lot more to learn but try to add one or two new things a day and it adds up quickly. I grab my rope and go out on the back deck while my dog does his thing and before I know it I have spent twenty minutes flowing. This happens a few times a day. I think this will keep me entertained and moving for years.
I had seen the product advertised and something about it intrigued me…so having a background in physical rehabilitation and athletic development I took a chance. It’s only two weeks and I am in love with this product and can’t wait to continue to develop skill using it.
I bought the rope for the purpose of maintaining good range of motion in my shoulders and spine from all the surfing I do. It’s way harder than you think, but really helps with loosening up and conditioning the shoulders and spine. I usually use it twice a day for about 5 minutes each time and it’s a super fun way to wake the body up first thing in the morning and add highly dynamic movements into your day
My son and I enjoy the training modules and getting creative with combinations. Thank you!
