Fun Sandbag to Throw Around, Interesting setup

This is a fun sandbag to throw around. It's easy to load up and has an unconventional tie-off using a ball and a couple ropes.

Levelling up my fitness!

I just started working out with the OctoPower and MAN is it awesome!
I am a member of the app training programs and community and I'm following the workouts from OctoMoves.
Currently, I have my sandbag filled to a little over 80 lbs.
I have been doing mostly callisthenic exercise for about 2 years now and I felt that I needed to start Strength training, but traditional dumbbells and barbells didn't interest me. I just started doing the OctoPower circuit training and I feel like this is JUST what I wanted: functional, efficient training that will build my strength and power without expensive equipment or the recurring payments of gym memberships.
I plan on upping my weight soon, but feel this is a product I'll be able to use for a LONG time to come!

Creative and fun!

I was playing with the strength bag at the beach. I started doing some squats with the bag on my shoulders. But what started as a gym workout ended up in some crazy fun skill based strength exercises. I didn’t know I can get this creative with strength work outs. I love the different options to grab the bag. I was able to swing it, lift it, through it, carry it and so on. Really fun workout. Felt exhausted the next day :)

Never thought that I can enjoy strength training. It is nice that I can bring it to the beach and train on the sand. Easy to adjust by refilling or pouring out sand. Training on Octomoves App helps a lot to implement this tool in my body training. Also, I have tried it in combination with flow rope was so much fun, and felt my legs and glutes afterward. Recommended!

The next level in OctoTraining!

I love the rope - it’s changed the way I train which has changed the way I feel. Somehow combining flow rope with traditional weights just doesn’t work for me - the weights feel rigid and limited in the range of motion I’m used to training after getting into the flow. Enter Octopower - it’s got the weight to challenge muscle groups and the versatility and creativity that I’ve come to love about flowing. I started with 45 lbs which was plenty and found the training within the member app to be more than adequate to get me going. Having trained for a few weeks I’m ready to add more sand and take it to the next level. As an integrated part of my new routine I find the Octopower to be a remarkable companion and the build quality is exceptional. My hands are really getting stronger from gripping the bag which is an added bonus from this kind of training - love it!

Awesome and functional

I took it with me on vacation and had a workout at the beach. I filled it with sand and did a full body workout. The other good thing is that because it doesn't have any handles i was able to train my grip strength too at the same time.
