The next level in OctoTraining!

I love the rope - it’s changed the way I train which has changed the way I feel. Somehow combining flow rope with traditional weights just doesn’t work for me - the weights feel rigid and limited in the range of motion I’m used to training after getting into the flow. Enter Octopower - it’s got the weight to challenge muscle groups and the versatility and creativity that I’ve come to love about flowing. I started with 45 lbs which was plenty and found the training within the member app to be more than adequate to get me going. Having trained for a few weeks I’m ready to add more sand and take it to the next level. As an integrated part of my new routine I find the Octopower to be a remarkable companion and the build quality is exceptional. My hands are really getting stronger from gripping the bag which is an added bonus from this kind of training - love it!

Awesome and functional

I took it with me on vacation and had a workout at the beach. I filled it with sand and did a full body workout. The other good thing is that because it doesn't have any handles i was able to train my grip strength too at the same time.
