These are fantastic! I got a Kraken with the wood ends for myself & an original my daughter for my birthday & another for a gift. It takes some getting used to & you've gotta hold on to those ends. The Kraken is heavier which I like. Already my back & shoulders feel better after only a few days. Be patient, give it a try & go with your own flow to find your groove. They are a great conversion starter too, as a mom that's priceless the chats we've had just trying to figure out different patterns & moves and the laughter. Also people just waking by curious what we're doing & about how fun it is. It's not "just a rope" these are beautifully made & really worth it. Get out there & Octo!🐙🪐

Rope arrived quickly and the video tutorials were great for a beginner. I was able to start day one and can feel the workout effects even though it is a fun form of exercise. I am impressed with the product quality and supporting site and videos.

I love my other Octoropes, however my new Navy Blue Kraken has become my favorite one to grab. It seems much easier to use and the flow is beyond anything I’d experienced before. It’s adult fun and beyond.

I am starting very slowly due to my health concerns. However, I could feel my shoulders "opening up" from the first day! I look forward to learning more.

I was recommended the Kraken by my trainer and although I was excited to flow, this rope has exceeded expectations. First, it’s fun to use. My coordination and flexibility, especially in my hips, is improving. I look forward to this workout! Also, went skiing this weekend and felt my balance was sharp and that I was much more fluid on the slopes. This is the addition I needed to my workout routine!

Soon to turn 65. Having 2 black belts and the Green sash, my daily routine included jumping rope. My hips and knees are loving the switch to FR!!!

I'd been on the fence about the Kraken -- I wasn't sure whether the wood handles were going to feel right -- but I took a chance on it and I'm very glad I did. The extra weight of them makes it much easier to add passes and catches into my arsenal of flow skills. Any tool that expands your skillset is well worth the investment. Besides that, the burgundy colour is gorgeous. It's rapidly become my new favourite light rope; it's something I'm excited to pick up and play with.

I look forward to rope flowing each day. It’s meditative, fun, & challenging—but in a welcome way! I’m becoming more attuned with my body as I work through awkward coordination & balance. I am giving myself grace in the moment & learning to trust the flow.

I've just received my Octomoves rope and had been reviewing the beginner's level videos before it had arrived.

This Rope is a dream. It is a little more difficult to move but it is softer and smoother as it floats through the air. You can move it more slow so you really can do some meditative Rope flows! I love it. I will make a YouTube video soon!
