Refund policy

Returns

Under the applicable legal acts, the Client has a right to change their mind and return delivered (received) goods within 30 (thirty) days from the day of delivery. In such cases, the Client must contact our customer support at hey@octomoves.com within 14 days upon delivery.

  • If 30 days have passed by since you received your order, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange;
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the Client fails to meet the deadlines of our refund policy, we will be unable to offer a refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error;
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If a customer decides to return the product, the company does not cover the return shipping expenses; the customers may choose the shipping carrier on their own.

Once the package is returned and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and a refund will be authorized by the same method that the payment was made. Please be advised that the refund may take up to 14 business days to reach your bank account.

 

If you have not received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again;
  • Then contact your bank/credit card company, the refund should reach your account balance within 14 days. Usually, it takes less than that for a bank to process the request, unfortunately, we can not speed up and influence the process;
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hey@octomoves.com.


Digital products (application / training courses / etc.):

  • Digital Octomoves products (course, training materials, application, subscriptions and alike) are not refundable.

 

Refund Policy for Bundle Products:

  • Physical products (Flowrope, OctoForce, OctoSling, OctoPower, etc.) may be eligible for a refund. However, digital products (such as Octomoves courses, training materials, applications, subscriptions, etc.) are non-refundable. In case of a refund request, only the amount paid for the physical products will be refunded.
